Ordering On Boon Supply

We strive to make the order process as simple as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about ordering from Boon Supply:

Accepted Methods of Payment

Boon Supply accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Ordering to Support a Fundraiser

It’s easy to make sure your order supports your desired fundraiser. You’ll simply enter the fundraiser and specific seller name (if applicable) at checkout. Learn more about how you can Shop to Support.

Order Changes

In an effort to provide the fastest possible shipping time, we begin processing orders immediately after checkout. Unfortunately this means we are unable to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, so please confirm all information is correct before placing your order. This includes changing the delivery option, shipping address, items in the order, or payment method. 

Of course, feel free to reach out to customer care via chat, phone (877-520-2247), or email if there’s a problem and we will do our best to assist if at all possible.

Checking Your Order Status

We suggest signing up for a free Boon Supply customer account if you don’t have one already. Your customer account allows you to view account history, and check the status of current orders. Simply sign in to the account, click your name in the upper right corner, and then click Order History. 

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order, and another email with a link to tracking information when the order ships. 

A Note on Availability

We do our best to keep our customer-favorite items in stock at all times, and we are always updating our collection with new products and designs. However, we unfortunately do have to discontinue products from time to time. 

If you are searching for an item from our printed catalog/lookbook, and do not see it on our website, it’s likely that the item is no longer available and we are unable to replenish it at this time. If an item is currently out of stock, but we are expecting to replenish it, the item will still be displayed on site along with a note that it is out of stock. In that case, there will be an option to sign up to receive an email notification when it becomes available.
