Return Period

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away via live chat, or email and we will work with you to make it right. Claims cannot be made more than 30 days after receipt. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you feel that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please reach out to us immediately. In most cases a replacement order will be sent to you at no additional cost, but a credit may be issued at our discretion.


We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging, and reserve the right to deny a return should the item(s) not meet our return standards or appear to be in salable condition. You will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. 

Credits will be issued to your original form of payment for 60% of the original item price. Please note that we are unable to offer full refunds, as 40% of the item's price is allocated directly to the cause of your choice upon checkout. However, if you did not select a cause to receive your giveback, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. 


If the item you wish to exchange is of equal value to the item you would like to return, we will send the new item once we receive your return tracking information. If the item you are exchanging is more expensive than the item you are returning, we will offer a coupon code for the value of the returned item, which you can apply to your new order. 

Final Sale Products

Please note that products from partner brands (including We Take the Cake, Neighbors, Kicker, and The Little Market) are all final sale. Magazine subscriptions are non-refundable, but if you are unhappy with the magazine title you selected, please contact our Customer Care team and they will request a title switch on your behalf. 

If an item is a final sale it will be noted on the product page. Of course, please feel free to contact us if one of these products is defective or damaged upon receipt and we will work with you on a resolution.

Initiating a Return

Please reach out to our Customer Care team via live chat, or email to initiate a return, or request a credit for a defective item. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions, which you’ll need to print out and include with your return, along with the return address.
