Ordering Fundraiser Supplies: Lookbooks, Samples, and Prizes
Boon Supply is happy to provide Fundraising Chairs with lookbooks, product samples for displays, and prizes. These are great ways to engage your participants and supporters - maximizing your fundraiser sales.
Boon Supply lookbooks provide a stylized snippet of our product offering for the season - they’re a great tool to show supporters the various ways they can shop to support your fundraiser. They’re essentially catalogs, but we prefer the term lookbook since they don’t include the entire breadth of our expansive collection.
We offer printed copies, as well as a digital version that is perfect for organizations that need to start immediately. Please view the current lookbook here. Note: printed lookbooks will direct supporters to place all orders online, in order to streamline the fundraising process (we no longer offer the option for order forms).
One of the best ways to spread the word about your fundraiser is to show off the amazing products that supporters can purchase that give back to your organization. We've found that when people see the products up close they tend to buy more, so we suggest setting up a product display in a popular spot of the school.
Boon Supply is proud to offer a selection of carefully curated products to help Chairs craft a show-stopping display. This selection of sample products is offered at a generous discount of 40% off retail, plus tax and shipping (let your Consultant know before ordering if you have a tax-exempt certificate). The cost of samples will be deducted from your fundraiser payout. Please note that the sample order will not generate giveback for your fundraiser, as the products are discounted.
Each season, Boon Supply develops an exciting prize program designed to reward sellers (students) for sharing their fundraiser, and for each item purchased by supporters on their behalf. Our prize program is available, for free (!), to elementary and middle school fundraisers.
Our Fall 2022 prize program gives students the opportunity to earn everything they need to put together the coolest bedroom ever - from a door alarm that alerts them when brothers or sisters enter their territory to an inflatable LED chair with remote and even a mini fridge for access to chilly snacks without leaving their room!
If your organization is eligible for prizes, and has opted-in to the program, the prizes will be listed on your parent letter so students know what it takes to earn their desired prizes.
How to Order
After you have signed your Fundraiser Agreement, your Boon Consultant will reach out to you to determine your need for lookbooks, samples, and prizes. After you’ve finalized the plan, your Consultant will order the supplies for you and you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Transit typically takes an additional 1-5 business days.
Note: Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to the fundraiser start date.
